This company is a scam!! I have emailed this company several times about my order. They charged my account before the product was shipped and today makes 2 weeks the product still has not been shipped. I will be filing charges against this company for theft. I have asked for a refund several times and nothing so now I will have to take further actions. I don't have money to give away and I am not going to take this lying down.

Advertised a product no longer available. Ordered a product shown on their WEB site and waited for it to be delivered. After more than a week with no proactive communication from the company, I checked my account, only to find out the product I ordered was no longer produced. If I hadn't followed up, I would still be waiting and wondering. They had my e-mail and phone number and could have easily been proactive and contacted me to advise. Poor service and no follow up means I more than likely will not try to do business with them in the future.

NO REFUND...THIEVES I placed an order on 6/15/18. After 2 weeks & not receiving the order, I contacted customer service by email. The company responded BUT lied about the products being sent out to me for a week. They finally write that the products were on backorder & would refund me my payment...they NEVER did. THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY. and when you call the number on the site, NO ONE EVER answers. Its automated recording every time you call. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Beware - this company is no victim! Please avoid this company at all costs! This company needs some serious work in customer service and also providing a product when one orders and pays. There are many articles online that suggest that they too are the victim of scams - please beware!!! I placed an order recently for health supplements after reading that they were a respected and legitimate company... I'm now working with my bank to file fraudulent charges to get my money back. It's really sick what people will do these days.

No product, no refund I ordered Silversword on September 14, 2015. I received an email stating the product would be shipped in 24/48 hours. I began emailing the company on September 30, October 8, October 14, October 23, November 16, November 23. I always received the same response: Dear Customer. Thank you for your email. We apologize for the delay. Please note that all orders are scheduled to ship on Tuesday Next Week. We have a high demand of this order from our customers so that is taking the delay only. Again we apologize for this. Once it will be shipped we will send you an email with the tracking id. Regards, Jeff On Dec 7, I cancelled my order and requested an refund. It has been sent to the billing department. 10 days later... nothing. I have sent an email to the contact at liveleantoday. I used this company in 2104 and received my product within 14 days.
