I ordered a 4090 with bad tracking info I ordered a 4090 and received a shipped email with erroneous tracking information. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get support to finally find where my expensive video card was. HOW do the mess up something so simple...what a fly by night operation. Despite fairly quick problem… Despite fairly quick problem resolution, company or rather their support failed to explain that original packaging will be destroyed if product will be sent in original box. Instead "secure packaging" term was used, resulting in los of original box which now have to be sourced by myself at additional cost (around £20). This everything is within warranty period. Company now cuts of from any actions and leave customer on their own. No response over email, nor through social media. Money spent, problem partly solved, Nvidia happy, I'm not entirely.
