I ordered a 4090 with bad tracking info I ordered a 4090 and received a shipped email with erroneous tracking information. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get support to finally find where my expensive video card was. HOW do the mess up something so simple...what a fly by night operation. Too many driver problems with Nvidia's GPUs! After months of waiting and not being able to use my Linux PC because of the screen flickering problem, and Windows 11 also having similar screen flickering problems, I'll never again go with Nvidia graphics cards. They informed me that October 2021 enquiry are currently in process when I emailed them recently, so contacted them through email to send offline order form. no response! I emailed about this issue to concerned nodal officer also the grievance officer of RPtech India, he was also not very helpful resolving my issue. If PayPal decides in favor of Nvidia, your subscription will not be activated, but you will lose your money. I have been trying to get my money back for weeks now.

Utterly useless Utterly useless! They are charging for a service that simply does not work. Old and outdated hardware, lag, stuttering, frame drops etc. etc. I am on a 1GB fiber optic broadband connection, and have tried to give Nvidia constructive feedback since the early beta days (I got a Founder subscription), but they are clearly not listening. Stay away until Nvidia decides to invest in the hardware needed to deliver a quality service! Shame on you Nvidia!
