TopSalePro.com is a absolute NO I ordered three hats from them. The quality was poor and 1 fedora was not what I ordered. As mentioned by another reviewer the hats was suppose to come in boxes but they all came in a plastic bag and where smashed and not able to be properly shaped. I never received a shipping confirmation and the only contact for communication is a generic email address. The return shipping address is in China, but the cost of return is equal to the cost of the hats.

BAIT and SWITCH operation Contacted customer support after I recieved the item. They asked for proof of what I thought I was buying vs what I received so I sent pictures of their advertisement and pictures of what they sent. Two completely different items. Their response was "you got what you paid for", and then they had the audacity to offer me a discount on my next purchase to try and help. They are a bait and switch operation and will not refund your money when they purposefully send you a different item than you ordered.

Don’t buy from them !! Totally a scam Totally a scam!! I waited months to get the hat I ordered when I received it it’s the wrong hat! They will not send me the correct hat, they want me to send the hat I got back and pay for the shipping and then they’ll send me another hat. They don’t listen to anything you tell them this is a total scam

Bait and switch The web site showed the shoes as Merrell but the shoes we received had no brand. Just said Fashion. Poor quality and did not fit. They refused to do anything except offer a 30% discount on our next purchase. Do not order anything from them.
