BAIT and SWITCH operation Contacted customer support after I recieved the item. They asked for proof of what I thought I was buying vs what I received so I sent pictures of their advertisement and pictures of what they sent. Two completely different items. Their response was "you got what you paid for", and then they had the audacity to offer me a discount on my next purchase to try and help. They are a bait and switch operation and will not refund your money when they purposefully send you a different item than you ordered.

Do Not Buy from this company Do Not Buy from this company! They switch products in a very tricky way. We assumed by the original ad that we purchased a name brand shoe. We received a totally different and cheap shoe. Very poor quality. If the product does not fit, well tough luck! they will not exchange and definitely not refund your money. Their refund/returns policy is almost impossible to use! It is set up to be totally unfair to the consumer. Stay away! stay away! stay away!

Bait and switch The web site showed the shoes as Merrell but the shoes we received had no brand. Just said Fashion. Poor quality and did not fit. They refused to do anything except offer a 30% discount on our next purchase. Do not order anything from them.
