TopSalePro.com is a absolute NO I ordered three hats from them. The quality was poor and 1 fedora was not what I ordered. As mentioned by another reviewer the hats was suppose to come in boxes but they all came in a plastic bag and where smashed and not able to be properly shaped. I never received a shipping confirmation and the only contact for communication is a generic email address. The return shipping address is in China, but the cost of return is equal to the cost of the hats.

I ordered 2 hats I ordered 2 hats. Both arrived crushed and impossible to fix. They want me to pay for shipping to China even though they sent me hats in a bag and not a box. Avoid doing business with them!!!!

Don’t buy from them !! Totally a scam Totally a scam!! I waited months to get the hat I ordered when I received it it’s the wrong hat! They will not send me the correct hat, they want me to send the hat I got back and pay for the shipping and then they’ll send me another hat. They don’t listen to anything you tell them this is a total scam

I ordered three hats from them I ordered three hats from them. They promised they would be shipped in boxes, and that shipping would be free for 2 or more hats. The three hats came smashed on top of each other in a bag and were ALL badly crushed. They were also the wrong size AND they charged me more for shipping then the cost of one of the hats! They show pictures of South American hat makers, these are from China with quality to match. AVOID
