GBI will not renew Prime at S119 a year I will not renew Prime at S119 a year. IMHO it is worth $0. I would rather have the $119. IMHO customer service has gone way downhill.

GBAmazon customer service non-existant After receiving an equipment loan for our business, we spent $10,000 on Amazon. The lender was unable to respond to a charge made on the card we were given to make the purchases and the credit card company canceled the card. Amazon immediately rebilled my personal Amazon account and personal credit cards for all purchases. They received all of their money then canceled my account and my Prime Membership without my authorization. I called customer service 12 times and spent about 4 hours on hold. I was never able to speak to anyone who could resolve my issue and was lied to 12 times that a specialist would call me back within 24 hours. No one ever called. All I received was automated emails with incorrect information. To make matters worse, there was no way to access my account to create a ticket or get any support online because my account was "locked " due to suspicious activity...another lie. It's now been 17 days without a call back and no way to contact any support, no way to restore my account. I don't care if Amazon is the largest online retailer in the world, I have no plans to ever buy from them again and will buy all of our business equipment from other vendors. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

GBI returned 2 broken items I had… I returned 2 broken items I had purchased and they kicked me off their site and kept my money you would think all the money this man has you would get your money back and not be treated this way. It's not my fault the products were broke I received them that way
