Non-existient customer support. The actual service is great mostly. However, if you have any problems, which you likely will eventually, there is zero customer support. The only help they seem to offer is an online Faq page. No phone number, no email, just an in-app automated chat which will always end up directing you to the faq page, even if you specifically tell them you problem isn't solved there.

Bene Spa at Park Hotel, Frascati, Roma I have been staying at Domus Park Hotel and received a wonderful massage from Antoinella (not sure if I spelled that properly) at attached Bene Spa. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. She is friendly and accommodating. I also booked time in the sauna. You have the entire upstairs to yourself and she was very good at explaining the process of shower, steam, wood sauna, then relaxing with tea, music, plenty of water, snacks, and books. Beatrix assisted with accompanying me and was very sweet. My Italian is not very good, but they were excellent communicators and made sure I understood and had everything I needed.
