GBNon-existient customer support. The actual service is great mostly. However, if you have any problems, which you likely will eventually, there is zero customer support. The only help they seem to offer is an online Faq page. No phone number, no email, just an in-app automated chat which will always end up directing you to the faq page, even if you specifically tell them you problem isn't solved there.

ITBene Spa at Park Hotel, Frascati, Roma I have been staying at Domus Park Hotel and received a wonderful massage from Antoinella (not sure if I spelled that properly) at attached Bene Spa. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. She is friendly and accommodating. I also booked time in the sauna. You have the entire upstairs to yourself and she was very good at explaining the process of shower, steam, wood sauna, then relaxing with tea, music, plenty of water, snacks, and books. Beatrix assisted with accompanying me and was very sweet. My Italian is not very good, but they were excellent communicators and made sure I understood and had everything I needed. GBWhatsapp service not helpful I now believe whatsapp is fully operated by robots and virtual assistants. Mi phone company went bust so that number was suddenly not receiving any calls or sms. I first thought it was mi phone so I uninstalled all apps and when I reinstalled, I couldn't receive the code to verify the number. I kept telling them I am willing to send documents to prove its mi number but they never reply apart from sending me to their faq! I have all mi contacts in mi account and now I can't assess nothing! Could a human being please get back to me?

GBMy account got hacked however I had to… My account got hacked however I had to wait 12 hours for a new verification code. When the 12 hours were up was messaged to wait another 12 hours. Watsapp Support ignorant of this. Keep stating to reinstall app etc
