All you have to do is use the WhatsApp program...they canceled and deleted my account and the accounts of dozens of friends without reason or notice. Non-existient customer support. The actual service is great mostly. However, if you have any problems, which you likely will eventually, there is zero customer support. The only help they seem to offer is an online Faq page. No phone number, no email, just an in-app automated chat which will always end up directing you to the faq page, even if you specifically tell them you problem isn't solved there.
