Beware of Nigerian monkeys Well they're letting the little monkey Nigerians use WhatsApp now so they're always acting like some supermodel messaging you and trying to hack your internet steal money from you, and I just wish they would kick those little useless dirty monkeys off of here! Or at least when you report them they would cancel that account out of the little dirty Nigerian monkeys.

Bene Spa at Park Hotel, Frascati, Roma I have been staying at Domus Park Hotel and received a wonderful massage from Antoinella (not sure if I spelled that properly) at attached Bene Spa. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. She is friendly and accommodating. I also booked time in the sauna. You have the entire upstairs to yourself and she was very good at explaining the process of shower, steam, wood sauna, then relaxing with tea, music, plenty of water, snacks, and books. Beatrix assisted with accompanying me and was very sweet. My Italian is not very good, but they were excellent communicators and made sure I understood and had everything I needed. WhatsApp support haters those who want to block your whatsapp number WhatsApp, once a trusted app with millions of users, has lost my trust. I believe that if someone blocks me or reports my number, I should have the right to defend myself. Without any warning, they forced me to change my 8-year-old number. I urge everyone to support me in calling on WhatsApp management to review their policies and help me recover my old number. Let's also advocate for a policy addressing individuals who misuse blocking for personal reasons. If someone wrongly blocks your number, there should be an appeal process to hold them accountable. 923340350335

No technical support, terrible support via email. In fact no support anywhere!! I had to delete the App and reload to save memory on my phone. Which I’ve done before, then logged back in. This time I can’t get back in. Customer support via email is terrible as I just get automated messages with which I get nowhere and there is no proper way to get real support when a problem does arise. I really liked using WhatsApp, but now I can’t even get into it!!

Non-existient customer support. The actual service is great mostly. However, if you have any problems, which you likely will eventually, there is zero customer support. The only help they seem to offer is an online Faq page. No phone number, no email, just an in-app automated chat which will always end up directing you to the faq page, even if you specifically tell them you problem isn't solved there.
