This will sound counterintuitive but… This will sound counterintuitive but it's too sensitive. My remo picks up every car that passes by the front of my house but won't pick up an approaching person until they are already on my porch. As a result I get dozens and dozens of false alerts every day and night. I have tried to adjust the sensitivity every way the online instructions recommend and it's still a problem. The image and clarity, even the night images are excellent however.

First person First, Remo+ is sincere and very helpful in cases of installation problems. Then Remo+ is competent, checking easily with their engineers to check truth of their suggestions. PC Magazine must have had an OFF day PC Magazine must have had an OFF day, when they rated this product. Everything went fine until I tried to connect doorbell to the internet. You cannot get a live person and the web site is busy and can't help. I left a message, but nobody has emailed or called. It might work well, but I may never know!!
