GBPC Magazine must have had an OFF day PC Magazine must have had an OFF day, when they rated this product. Everything went fine until I tried to connect doorbell to the internet. You cannot get a live person and the web site is busy and can't help. I left a message, but nobody has emailed or called. It might work well, but I may never know!!

GBTimely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. GBEveryone says it’s good but what they… Everyone says it’s good but what they don’t know is Remo goes threw all your personal info a thousand times a day I only had mines up 2 days now and have experience all my personal info been hacked and change and Remo was no help but ask me did I give someone my password I live by myself who is it to give to if you don’t want you personal info unsafe Remo is not a security system I would advice any one!
