Keeps saying password is wrong when it's saved on my Password registration. I've never received a password rest once. 100% pure junk. Will be filing a claim with the BBB and a SC100 in court. I love the easy install I love the easy install. The motion detection is delayed like 15-20 second. If i have a package on our front door the thief already turned it back on the camera. The cloud yearly price would be nice if it is a little lower.

Perhaps Perhaps, due to the design of our front entrance, the camera misses most motions unless the approaching person is moving very slowly. There is only about a distance of 8' between the front door and the entry walkway, thereby either missing the motion or observing the person's as they are leaving.
