GBPerhaps Perhaps, due to the design of our front entrance, the camera misses most motions unless the approaching person is moving very slowly. There is only about a distance of 8' between the front door and the entry walkway, thereby either missing the motion or observing the person's as they are leaving.

GBAwesome Product! I would give remo+ more stars if I could! It is amazing, easy to use, and provides the level of security I expected. With the two-way talk, inconspicuous nature, and speed at which it notifies me of a presence even NEAR my door, I have no regrets about investing in this product. I highly recommend this device !

GBTimely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. MADON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM REMO !!! TERRIBLE (NO) TECH SUPPORT Called tech support line. ringing... ringing... no answer- saying they are busy and to send an Email. Send an Email. 4 days after- NO REPLY or acknowledgement. After I called back again they asked me to send an email for a call appointment, one of the agent told me we have a spot tomorrow from 4pm to 5pm I told him no problem I will be waiting for your call, the day after no call I did the same after 5 times calling they didn't call me back they didn't care, very poor customer service, the quality of the doorbell remo plus S is very poor and if something happen you will contact them and at the end you will give up and ended up by return it and if your purchase the item after one year just throw it in the garbage they will not assist you with nothing.
