First person First, Remo+ is sincere and very helpful in cases of installation problems. Then Remo+ is competent, checking easily with their engineers to check truth of their suggestions. Timely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. You cannot get a live person and the web site is busy and can't help. I left a message, but nobody has emailed or called. It might work well, but I may never know!!

If I could give a negative star I… If I could give a negative star I would. Just a waste of time and money. Doesn't stay connected, then has to be reset. The app never works. Keeps saying password is wrong when it's saved on my Password registration. I've never received a password rest once. 100% pure junk. Will be filing a claim with the BBB and a SC100 in court. Your products are fraudulent.
