GBREMO+ customer review i've had to contact remo+ several times over the course of the last few months. i've had great customer service from them. everyone i've dealt with was super professional. I just wish i could get my doorcam to work the way it used to.

GBI love the easy install I love the easy install. The motion detection is delayed like 15-20 second. If i have a package on our front door the thief already turned it back on the camera. The cloud yearly price would be nice if it is a little lower.

GBPoor costumer service Poor costumer service. Had many problems with the device. Would never buy a remo again.

GBPerhaps Perhaps, due to the design of our front entrance, the camera misses most motions unless the approaching person is moving very slowly. There is only about a distance of 8' between the front door and the entry walkway, thereby either missing the motion or observing the person's as they are leaving.
