Timely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. Perhaps Perhaps, due to the design of our front entrance, the camera misses most motions unless the approaching person is moving very slowly. There is only about a distance of 8' between the front door and the entry walkway, thereby either missing the motion or observing the person's as they are leaving.

Awesome Product! I would give remo+ more stars if I could! It is amazing, easy to use, and provides the level of security I expected. With the two-way talk, inconspicuous nature, and speed at which it notifies me of a presence even NEAR my door, I have no regrets about investing in this product. I highly recommend this device !

Guarding the Front Door I purchased the Remo-bell to augment my security system, I could already see inside my home, and realized that seeing outside my front door was also a good idea. The Remo-bell was easy to install both on my I-phone and on the door. The hardest part of the installation was screwing in the tiny screw on the unit. I was a little disappointed in that I thought that the cam on the unit could be accessed at any time, without prompting from the sensors, or an actual door ring. Apparently, the only time you can have a real time view is when the unit is activated on the other end. At that point you can see and hear in real time. It would be fair to let buyers know of this up front to avoid misunderstandings. Otherwise your product works as well as can be expected, it does what was advertised it would do, it alerts you when someone is at your door. Thanks.

First person First, Remo+ is sincere and very helpful in cases of installation problems. Then Remo+ is competent, checking easily with their engineers to check truth of their suggestions.
