Keeps saying password is wrong when it's saved on my Password registration. I've never received a password rest once. 100% pure junk. Will be filing a claim with the BBB and a SC100 in court. Your products are fraudulent.

Timely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product.
