No nothing works -

Timely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. Poor costumer service Poor costumer service. Had many problems with the device. Would never buy a remo again.

The camera misses the first few seconds… The camera misses the first few seconds of recording from point of triggering via motion sensor, which usually means there is a black screen on the image for the first 5 seconds, often missing the main reason for the motion trigger. Otherwise, it's an 'ok' product.

First person First, Remo+ is sincere and very helpful in cases of installation problems. Then Remo+ is competent, checking easily with their engineers to check truth of their suggestions. Finally Remo+ is prompt with suggestions of probable faults in the installation process, leading to a quick resolution. Regards, Stan Tate
