After I called back again they asked me to send an email for a call appointment, one of the agent told me we have a spot tomorrow from 4pm to 5pm I told him no problem I will be waiting for your call, the day after no call I did the same after 5 times calling they didn't call me back they didn't care, very poor customer service, the quality of the doorbell remo plus S is very poor and if something happen you will contact them and at the end you will give up and ended up by return it and if your purchase the item after one year just throw it in the garbage they will not assist you with nothing.

Keeps saying password is wrong when it's saved on my Password registration. I've never received a password rest once. 100% pure junk. Will be filing a claim with the BBB and a SC100 in court. Your products are fraudulent.
