Discounts because of no availability? I made the order the 22/11 They were answering pretty fast but answers from people they did not have a clue about what was going on. Until the last day (35 days later) before they refund my money they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks saying that the parcel has left but has delayed.. It was almost funny to receive two emails almost at the same time at Paypal and their website, one saying I have to wait and the parcel has left their post office and the second that they will refund my money. I have made purchases from Asia before, I know the problems and the delays, but I cannot accept clueless or on purpose lying customer care. I feel lucky that at least they refund my money after 40 days.. Never again.. and almost ruined my experience for all Asian sites.

Fraudulent traders I bought from them several pieces of different Micro SD HC Memory Card TF Card and they were all defective. They didn't want to replace them. Waste of money and time for conversations with them,

DISCUSTED DISSAPOINTED AND OUTRAGED I ordered over 200 items from buy in coins worth over $900 USD of small Arduino related electronics equipment the nature of the items means they do not come in manufacturers packaging or boxes and are rather delicate and need to be properly packaged to avoid damage. It is obvious they do not care in the slightest; all 200 items were chucked into one piece of bubble wrap, and then taped into a large ball, no box, no individual wrapping. When i opened the package, everything was damaged, scratched, bent and broken. I contacted them; they requested pictures, so i sent them. They in turn offered me a $20 refund, i turned it down and they come back with a $35 dollar offer, they have to be joking. I am out of pocket over $900 plus the extra $35 for shipping, and that was all they could offer, I AM DISCUSTED. Do not buy off Buy In Coins!!! They have no regard for their customers.

Fake goods, not the advertised specification. This company is cheap and do reliably send what you order. The problem is the items are NEVER as good as the specification advertised, eg, buy a 15W LED lamp and it will be a 3.4W in 15W box, order a 1000mAh battery and expect a 250mAh battery (labelled as 1000mAh). This is quite common for overseas internet ordering. The thing which makes this company far worse than the others is that they have reviews but will only publish positive reviews, leave a poor, factual review and they don't publish it. This is in my opinion very dishonest and misleading. There are many other sites selling the exact same items but with honest reviews so use them instead.

Never returs real money. "Due to local post mistake, package was sent back to Buyincoins. Buyincoins requested 1/3 of package cost for 2nd attempt of shipping or refund 2/3 only. But they does not make refund in real money, so if you want to to own fake stuff named "Buyincoins coins", feel free to use this store!
