Received phone with: Chinese and English. Not the languages needed for the customer. Returned phone back to buyincoins.com. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy. False product description, no exchange, no refund. Only deception.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!! Items ordered in March 2016 still not received despite continuous ping-pong of emails asking where my package was etc. Told to keep waiting and be patient. It's now June and no items. I have asked for refund or for the items to be sent again as I haven't received what I have paid for. Now they are no longer returning my emails. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this rip-off cowboy company. Decent store, awfully long shipping The store is rather good in variety of goods and its prices comparing to other China shops and marketplaces. The only significant downside is that delivery to Russia takes unbelievably long. My last 2 orders took 2 moths each to be delivered. This could be blamed on Russian Post (which is widely hated for systematic exceeding of all possible delivery times) if only the items I ordered from other China stores at the same time didn't come in about 3 weeks. I guess next time I'll order from BIC only if something's really cheap and I don't have any necessity to receive it within 2 months.

Discounts because of no availability? I made the order the 22/11 They were answering pretty fast but answers from people they did not have a clue about what was going on. Until the last day (35 days later) before they refund my money they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks saying that the parcel has left but has delayed.. It was almost funny to receive two emails almost at the same time at Paypal and their website, one saying I have to wait and the parcel has left their post office and the second that they will refund my money. I have made purchases from Asia before, I know the problems and the delays, but I cannot accept clueless or on purpose lying customer care. I feel lucky that at least they refund my money after 40 days.. Never again.. and almost ruined my experience for all Asian sites.

You get what you pay for!! Let me start by saying that in all my 50+ years I have never complained online or by letter about any company. I purchased and installed a replacement battery for my Iphone from Buyincoins.com. The new battery has less life than my 2 year old battery which it replaced. I can actually watch the percentage indicator go down. I tried to log in on their website to notify them but even after registering I can't log in. I have since ordered a battery from another more well known (and much more expensive) company. I guess for 4 bucks what should I have expected.
