Decent store, awfully long shipping The store is rather good in variety of goods and its prices comparing to other China shops and marketplaces. The only significant downside is that delivery to Russia takes unbelievably long. My last 2 orders took 2 moths each to be delivered. This could be blamed on Russian Post (which is widely hated for systematic exceeding of all possible delivery times) if only the items I ordered from other China stores at the same time didn't come in about 3 weeks. I guess next time I'll order from BIC only if something's really cheap and I don't have any necessity to receive it within 2 months.

Wrong deliveries, no service Bad experience, they have sent me the wrong item. I re-ordered the item I wanted and specificaly remarked to please send me the item I ordered this time, but unfortunately I received the wrong item again! When complaining I learnt that delvering wrong items is a common policy for Buyincoins. They ship a lot of orders on daily basis and because the items are not expensive you have to accept this. I have asked for a free delivery of 1 item for which I now already paid for 2 times but never received. Buyincoins say that this is not possible because they cannot guarantee that I will receive this replacement???!! They only offer less than 1/2 the price of only 1 items in coins. Useless because I do not intent to order anything again as it is common for them to send other items than the ones you order! So my experience: bad deliveries even worse service, no intention of resolving mistakes they make.

Slow shipping, no communication, product not complete well you know what they say, you get what you pay for, if it too good to be true guess what it is. I bought an EasyCap system from buy in coins which comes with a usb video input/capture tool and software to capture said video, well the product came in a plastic bag (red flag) and then i went about to trying that out. well the usb capture device worked but when i went to load the software i had an issue since it did not come with a software key that is required to install the software, well i made several attempts to contact them, once while the package was in transit, and twice more when i found out i was missing the software key. over a month later i still have not received a response. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

You get what you pay for!! Let me start by saying that in all my 50+ years I have never complained online or by letter about any company. I purchased and installed a replacement battery for my Iphone from Buyincoins.com. The new battery has less life than my 2 year old battery which it replaced. I can actually watch the percentage indicator go down. I tried to log in on their website to notify them but even after registering I can't log in. I have since ordered a battery from another more well known (and much more expensive) company. I guess for 4 bucks what should I have expected.

scammers!!!!!!!!! bad customer service !!!!! BUYINCOINS are scammers. Extremely slow shipping. If you asking for DHL or Hongkong post they will use China Post. They wont dispatch your item directly but will waiting till end of the week after they collecat all of their orders. Seems to be its cheaper for them to collect all order first before they disptaching en of the week.
