Medium I ordered a action camera and some other stuffs. All of items come in good conditions and in the time, but action camera is real fake! They call it SJCAM, but it is not SJcam. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy. False product description, no exchange, no refund. Only deception.

Slow shipping, no communication, product not complete well you know what they say, you get what you pay for, if it too good to be true guess what it is. I bought an EasyCap system from buy in coins which comes with a usb video input/capture tool and software to capture said video, well the product came in a plastic bag (red flag) and then i went about to trying that out. well the usb capture device worked but when i went to load the software i had an issue since it did not come with a software key that is required to install the software, well i made several attempts to contact them, once while the package was in transit, and twice more when i found out i was missing the software key. over a month later i still have not received a response. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!
