Slow shipping, no communication, product not complete well you know what they say, you get what you pay for, if it too good to be true guess what it is. I bought an EasyCap system from buy in coins which comes with a usb video input/capture tool and software to capture said video, well the product came in a plastic bag (red flag) and then i went about to trying that out. well the usb capture device worked but when i went to load the software i had an issue since it did not come with a software key that is required to install the software, well i made several attempts to contact them, once while the package was in transit, and twice more when i found out i was missing the software key. over a month later i still have not received a response. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

Discounts because of no availability? I made the order the 22/11 They were answering pretty fast but answers from people they did not have a clue about what was going on. Until the last day (35 days later) before they refund my money they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks saying that the parcel has left but has delayed.. It was almost funny to receive two emails almost at the same time at Paypal and their website, one saying I have to wait and the parcel has left their post office and the second that they will refund my money. I have made purchases from Asia before, I know the problems and the delays, but I cannot accept clueless or on purpose lying customer care. I feel lucky that at least they refund my money after 40 days.. Never again.. and almost ruined my experience for all Asian sites.

DISCUSTED DISSAPOINTED AND OUTRAGED I ordered over 200 items from buy in coins worth over $900 USD of small Arduino related electronics equipment the nature of the items means they do not come in manufacturers packaging or boxes and are rather delicate and need to be properly packaged to avoid damage. It is obvious they do not care in the slightest; all 200 items were chucked into one piece of bubble wrap, and then taped into a large ball, no box, no individual wrapping. When i opened the package, everything was damaged, scratched, bent and broken. I contacted them; they requested pictures, so i sent them. They in turn offered me a $20 refund, i turned it down and they come back with a $35 dollar offer, they have to be joking. I am out of pocket over $900 plus the extra $35 for shipping, and that was all they could offer, I AM DISCUSTED. Do not buy off Buy In Coins!!! They have no regard for their customers.
