USWorst website to order from Bad customer service! Find another place to order your stuff. I placed an order by mistake for an amazfit 2 watch thinking it was the amazfit +. 30 mins after placing the order I tried to cancel my order and followed the website instructions. I got 1 reply after trying to follow up for almost a week now. I don't believe I will get my goods or the money back.

DENo support My smartphnone was shipped within 4 weeks, ok. It has a defect so I wrote to the support, five times during five weeks. Only two feedbacks that another department will answer in two days. Nothing more in more than five weeks. No I try to get my money back with the help of PayPal. Bad experience!
