I ordered a Convoy flashlight I ordered a Convoy flashlight. It never arrived, no tracking, no documentation, and no responses to my emails. Literally just took my money and that was that. Never shipped it. (it's been over a month, and the tracking info given indicates it was never shipped). Best I can tell the website is fully fraudulent.

Based on their details about HR7 smart… Based on their details about HR7 smart watch at their esite. I purchased it from them to be delivered in Singapore as it was not delivered in India. I find the product a very substandard one as battery back up is pathetic and needs charging twice in a day that too when the use is minimum. No GPs is working and the operating software is very slow. Above all all the efforts to contact the supplier or the the gearvita have not been useful as these people are simply misguiding. I have no idea now what to do with this product and I feel myself deceived by the gearvita. Suresh Arora
