GBStill haven’t received my headphones Still haven’t received my headphones. I have emailed REVO several times throughout the last 3 weeks and have gotten NO response. I would never do business with REVO MUSIC again!

GBPoor Customer Service and Missing Order I made an order over a month ago and received one email that linked to tracking of my order. My order did not come on time and when the tracker said my shipment would be delayed it still did not arrive on the new expected delivery date. Over a month passed when I payed and placed my order (money was taken out of my bank account) I still have not received the item that I ordered. I sent 3 emails to customer service inquiring about my order and I received no response back. I would not recommend buying products from this vendor as my experience with them has been pretty negative thus far. I hope that this review finds them so that they can make a change to their service

GBSCAM!!!! It’s been More than a month since I order the black AirPods and I still don’t have them . Didn’t received an email explaining why my order was going to be late or if their was a problem. I proceeded to send them multiple Emails myself and haven’t received any emails back, it’s just really upsetting because they have the money and everything that they need but I don't have What I paid for. I was hoping they would communicate so I wouldn't have to post this but at this point it’s feels like I got scam .

GBWhere is my item? Well to start off with, Revo has on their site that it ships within 48 hours. I got my notification email that it shipped and expected delivery 2 weeks from order date. Then when I checked it close to the two weeks they delayed my delivery date another week after it was supposed to arrive. Now it's been a month and still haven't received my ear buds. I also emailed them since that's the only way you can contact them and I haven't received an email back after four plus days.

GBI ordered my earphones on the 6th of… I ordered my earphones on the 6th of February and it is now the 5th of March and I still have not received anything. I have tried multiple times reaching out to the customer service team to find out what is going on and not a single response. This review is not about the product because I have not received it yet. It’s about the horrendous customer service.
