GBI ordered a pair of your wireless… I ordered a pair of your wireless earphones but never received them. I was given a time frame in which I would get my ear phones. The time frame passed and I received a new time frame which then again passed! and now the third time they won’t even give me a time frame. I’ve tried to message them using their “contact us” option multiple times. I’m still waiting for a reply just like I’m still waiting for my earphones.

GBHorrible service My package took too long to arrive which I understand but I hated that it gave me a time when it will arrive but didn’t. Also that I never received a confirmation email to track my order. I have sent at least 2-3 emails for my order but haven’t heard anything was a waste of time. Sorry but not ordering anything from here again
