PTVery bad company .. Very bad company ... three weeks after ordering and paying I went to ask what was going on and they told me they hadn't sent it because there was a lapse and they asked for more shipping money. Now I'm waiting for the refund ...

IENo response from DealExtreme customer service. I've bought items before and while there was always a 4/6 week delay they always arrived. This time the package arrived in country at the beginning of December 2021 according to their tracking number but after a month nothing had changed. I contacted them at the end of January and was assured that if it had not arrived in two weeks a refund would be issued. There was no delivery and now my emails are being ignored. Not happy !!

ILBE AWARE from buying there, as you may not get what you have paid for! I used to buy from DX long ago. Items were okay with a decent price tag, and I expected long delivery. It was fair. Since December 2019, DX went into the dark. No deliveries, or only partial deliveries, but the most important thing, is NO RESPONSE from their customer care! This is UNACCEPTABLE and after a few bad experience, I have decided to move out from buying there. 10 years of customer satisfaction were lost as of 6 months of bad customer service. BE AWARE from buying there, as you may not get what you have paid for!

NLVery satisfied about my order and the… Very satisfied about my order and the customer service. I received the wrong color but perfect quality product. Contacted the customer service and I got to keep my product and they've given me the option to get my money back or get a replacement.
