Belkin screen protector IPhone 15 I bought a Belkin screen protector for IPhone 15 in an Apple Store. Paid 40€. It got broken after only 4 days, and not due a crash, it wasn’t chipped. They promised a long life warranty, but then they denied and found the excuse that the screen break is not in warranty. Buy this screen protector is waste of money!

Diabolical service Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!

AVOID!! AVOID!!! Scam company!!! Purchased screen protector for my phone with 2 year warranty (free exchange) refused to provide replacement, tried to call but line always cut me off despite calling within the working hours! Can not deal with any enquiries through life chat, everything needs submitting on their website and when you do submit all proof of receipts, you then receive an email asking to resend it all again and if you still haven’t given up yet (as per their initial scamming plan) you get a reply saying ‘due to lack of evidence’ we basically will not refund/exchange/replace. Never again, honestly! Avoid at all costs!!!

I purchase the Belkin ScreenForce™… I purchase the Belkin ScreenForce™ UltraGlass 2 from the Apple store for my iPhone 15 pro. The protector cracked within a week. I requested a replacement which took 7 weeks to come. The Apple store applied the replacement protector which cracked again within a week. I then requested a refund, to which Belkin said they would investigate however, just sent me another new screen. I've not installing the 3rd protector as I see no improvements to the design. I'm very disappointed with the product and slow response of Belkin. It was my first product from them and probably my last.

False advertising- Discount code for UK Over the Easter period Belkin Uk website were offering 15% discount if you used code EAST15 - This company are using this to entice customers to purchase goods from their site! I, along with friends and family members, tried to use this discount code but it would not work. Contacted their “Live Chat” to be told you can’t email their customer service and to call back on Monday 8/4/24 when the offer expired Ordered the item within the discount time period and contacted customer services and a complaint was raised. I received the following response Good Day! We regret to inform you that our discount code- EAST15 is not working in your region. While we apologize for the inconvenience and we understand how disappointed you are with this experience, our company is still working on this issue.
