Apple shouldn’t of put their name to these ,,,… Purchased a screen protector from Apple for my iPhone 14 was told unlimited replacements and re fitting, I’m on screen 2 now and that’s started to bubble in the corners just like the last one did! Poor quality expensive and extremely poor customer service! They won’t even answer my emails ect I won’t fall for this again in the Apple Store ,,Avoid at all costs! This was a Belkin screen protector!

Absolute rubbish Absolute rubbish! Bought my screen protector in Apple Store wasted all my time in registering my products to now be told that I don’t have any registered products. What a an absolute waste of time!

AVOID!! AVOID!!! Scam company!!! Purchased screen protector for my phone with 2 year warranty (free exchange) refused to provide replacement, tried to call but line always cut me off despite calling within the working hours! Can not deal with any enquiries through life chat, everything needs submitting on their website and when you do submit all proof of receipts, you then receive an email asking to resend it all again and if you still haven’t given up yet (as per their initial scamming plan) you get a reply saying ‘due to lack of evidence’ we basically will not refund/exchange/replace. Never again, honestly! Avoid at all costs!!!

Belkin poor customer service Apple Store decided to change my speaker but because found faulty in warranty period they decided to change free of charge plus they changed screen protector for free with warranty from Balkin. When my screen unstick bobble inside on the left corner they refused to change as no enough evidence.£35 screen and they just washed hands. Poor customer service waiting for answer weeks more than month.Do not buy product from them as they not trustworthy company.

Helpdesk is beyond crap. Helpdesk is beyond crap. Every time you get a lady with an extremely high pitched voice which you can hardly understand. As they all hardly understand what they are doing, you'll get questions to answers that can only make you wonder "Why?! ( are you asking me this )". In the meantime your case will drag on and on.
