Belkin screen protector IPhone 15 I bought a Belkin screen protector for IPhone 15 in an Apple Store. Paid 40€. It got broken after only 4 days, and not due a crash, it wasn’t chipped. They promised a long life warranty, but then they denied and found the excuse that the screen break is not in warranty. Buy this screen protector is waste of money!

Awful quality and hostile support Awful quality, zero-responsibility, awful attitude of online support. I got their WIZ008 charger at Amazon, which refused to charge Qi cartified Galaxy phones. Replaced it by warranty. The replacement does not charge one of the phones again. Decided to return it for refund, but first went to consult with Belkin. NEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT Bought Belkin product via the Apple Store website. Apple doesn't support the products, you have to contact Belkin directly. Terrible customer service. My products (plural) broke / stopped working (no physical damage) within 2 months of getting them. They are terrible in providing support, their RMA process declined my support request. Their call centre people are useless. Just a terrible experience. NEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT.

They took my money… They took my money and then a message came up saying the payment hadn’t worked but it’s come out of my account. Tried their chat facility and they gave me an American number to call at first and then a UK one but the hours were different to the ones specified by the person on chat. Now left wondering if I’ll get my money back. Wish I’d read reviews!

False advertising- Discount code for UK Over the Easter period Belkin Uk website were offering 15% discount if you used code EAST15 - This company are using this to entice customers to purchase goods from their site! I, along with friends and family members, tried to use this discount code but it would not work. Contacted their “Live Chat” to be told you can’t email their customer service and to call back on Monday 8/4/24 when the offer expired Ordered the item within the discount time period and contacted customer services and a complaint was raised. I received the following response Good Day! We regret to inform you that our discount code- EAST15 is not working in your region. While we apologize for the inconvenience and we understand how disappointed you are with this experience, our company is still working on this issue.
