GBThe warranty is a joke I have provided all the necessary documentation to replace my screen protector per my warranty. It’s been 10 days and nothing. Looks like I have to go spend money on another one to protect my phone. I will never buy Belkin again. Terrible customer service. Shame on Apple for saying it takes 3-5 days too.

GBApple shouldn’t of put their name to these ,,,… Purchased a screen protector from Apple for my iPhone 14 was told unlimited replacements and re fitting, I’m on screen 2 now and that’s started to bubble in the corners just like the last one did! Poor quality expensive and extremely poor customer service! They won’t even answer my emails ect I won’t fall for this again in the Apple Store ,,Avoid at all costs! This was a Belkin screen protector!

Had to fill in the long form sent copy of agreement of acceptance for my registration which was not enough for them. They emailed and stated that my claim was unsuccessful Very very poor service and their promise on lifetime guarantee is absolutely useless

GBDiabolical service Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!

GBThey took my money… They took my money and then a message came up saying the payment hadn’t worked but it’s come out of my account. Tried their chat facility and they gave me an American number to call at first and then a UK one but the hours were different to the ones specified by the person on chat. Now left wondering if I’ll get my money back. Wish I’d read reviews!
