GBFalse advertising- Discount code for UK Over the Easter period Belkin Uk website were offering 15% discount if you used code EAST15 - This company are using this to entice customers to purchase goods from their site! I, along with friends and family members, tried to use this discount code but it would not work. Contacted their “Live Chat” to be told you can’t email their customer service and to call back on Monday 8/4/24 when the offer expired Ordered the item within the discount time period and contacted customer services and a complaint was raised. I received the following response Good Day! We regret to inform you that our discount code- EAST15 is not working in your region. While we apologize for the inconvenience and we understand how disappointed you are with this experience, our company is still working on this issue.

ILNEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT Bought Belkin product via the Apple Store website. Apple doesn't support the products, you have to contact Belkin directly. Terrible customer service. My products (plural) broke / stopped working (no physical damage) within 2 months of getting them. They are terrible in providing support, their RMA process declined my support request. Their call centre people are useless. Just a terrible experience. NEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT.

GBBelkin poor customer service Apple Store decided to change my speaker but because found faulty in warranty period they decided to change free of charge plus they changed screen protector for free with warranty from Balkin. When my screen unstick bobble inside on the left corner they refused to change as no enough evidence.£35 screen and they just washed hands. Poor customer service waiting for answer weeks more than month.Do not buy product from them as they not trustworthy company.

GBUseless “warranty” requiring me to ship… Useless “warranty” requiring me to ship a broken screen protector back to them with “tracked” mail (minimum $10) after I’ve wasted so much time trying to follow their asinine process. Clearly screen protectors are not meant to have a guarantee.
