Replaced it by warranty. The replacement does not charge one of the phones again. Decided to return it for refund, but first went to consult with Belkin. The warranty is a joke I have provided all the necessary documentation to replace my screen protector per my warranty. It’s been 10 days and nothing. Looks like I have to go spend money on another one to protect my phone. I will never buy Belkin again. Terrible customer service. Shame on Apple for saying it takes 3-5 days too.

Belkin screen protector IPhone 15 I bought a Belkin screen protector for IPhone 15 in an Apple Store. Paid 40€. It got broken after only 4 days, and not due a crash, it wasn’t chipped. They promised a long life warranty, but then they denied and found the excuse that the screen break is not in warranty. Buy this screen protector is waste of money!

Diabolical service Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!
