Diabolical service Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!

I am looking for a compatible hub for new 2023 Mac mini m2 I am looking for a compatible hub for a new Mac mini m2 2023 and struggling to find one compatible. I have contacted Belkin support twice, first time he just sent me a link back to the hub section, no advice. Today I went into chat and again a link was received for a specific hub but it still didn’t state compatibility with the new 2023 model. Eventually she told me at the moment there wasn’t one for the 2023 model. Shan’t be buying a Belkin even if there was one.

Not sure why all the negative review Not sure why all the negative review. I purchased a Belkin screen protector for my iPhone 15 max pro which I applied myself but unfortunately it’s faulty with some very small marks. I requested replacement and belkin sent me one like in 3 days. Highly recommended and if anyone having trouble please follow the instructions on the website and provide evidence of the purchase item and images of the damaged items. Too many impatient buyer and jumping to conclusion without giving them a chance to investigate.

Awful quality and hostile support Awful quality, zero-responsibility, awful attitude of online support. I got their WIZ008 charger at Amazon, which refused to charge Qi cartified Galaxy phones. Replaced it by warranty. The replacement does not charge one of the phones again. Decided to return it for refund, but first went to consult with Belkin. AVOID!! AVOID!!! Scam company!!! Purchased screen protector for my phone with 2 year warranty (free exchange) refused to provide replacement, tried to call but line always cut me off despite calling within the working hours! Can not deal with any enquiries through life chat, everything needs submitting on their website and when you do submit all proof of receipts, you then receive an email asking to resend it all again and if you still haven’t given up yet (as per their initial scamming plan) you get a reply saying ‘due to lack of evidence’ we basically will not refund/exchange/replace. Never again, honestly! Avoid at all costs!!!
