NEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT Bought Belkin product via the Apple Store website. Apple doesn't support the products, you have to contact Belkin directly. Terrible customer service. My products (plural) broke / stopped working (no physical damage) within 2 months of getting them. They are terrible in providing support, their RMA process declined my support request. Their call centre people are useless. Just a terrible experience. NEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT.

False advertising- Discount code for UK Over the Easter period Belkin Uk website were offering 15% discount if you used code EAST15 - This company are using this to entice customers to purchase goods from their site! I, along with friends and family members, tried to use this discount code but it would not work. Contacted their “Live Chat” to be told you can’t email their customer service and to call back on Monday 8/4/24 when the offer expired Ordered the item within the discount time period and contacted customer services and a complaint was raised. I received the following response Good Day! We regret to inform you that our discount code- EAST15 is not working in your region. While we apologize for the inconvenience and we understand how disappointed you are with this experience, our company is still working on this issue.

Purchased a screen protector from Apple… Purchased a screen protector from Apple for my iPhone 15, was told unlimited replacements and re fitting, I’m on screen 3 now and that’s started to bubble in the corners just like the last 2 did! Poor quality expensive and extremely poor customer service! Avoid at all costs! This was a Belkin screen protector!

Purchased BELKIN screen protector for…iPhone 13promax Purchased BELKIN screen protector for Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max with life time guarantee. Had to fill in the long form sent copy of agreement of acceptance for my registration which was not enough for them. They emailed and stated that my claim was unsuccessful Very very poor service and their promise on lifetime guarantee is absolutely useless

The warranty is a joke I have provided all the necessary documentation to replace my screen protector per my warranty. It’s been 10 days and nothing. Looks like I have to go spend money on another one to protect my phone. I will never buy Belkin again. Terrible customer service. Shame on Apple for saying it takes 3-5 days too.
