Do not trust this moving broker to secure a qualified moving company to handle your move On Oct 2 was contacted by Andrew Garcia to facilitate our move from AZ to TN and gave him a $4957.16 deposit check which he requested to secure our move Nov 1-2. I started asking Oct 7 who the moving company would be picking up and transporting our furniture etc. and stressed to them the nightmare our daughter was going through with S & M Relo based out of Ohio (google this nightmare company, tv investigations on them etc)who had picked up their furniture etc. and still to this day they are without beds including the baby’s crib all missing, along with other missing and broken items. Along with jacking up the cost to double. She used a different broker. Was assured by Miranda in customer service as well as Andrew Garcia and Jack O’Brian operations manager I would have a smooth move and quality assurance would reach out with the moving company as it got closer. On Oct 28 I was going over final inventory with Nick Lane at All Mighty and again asked who was coming, was put on hold and he then told me it was S & M Relo that was handling our move. Was beyond upset and they told me they were the best available. Felt trapped as our house was closing and we needed to vacate. Got off the phone and scrambled to find another mover on my own. On Oct 30 after the moving company left our house after going over our inventory and we had secured them to do our move, I called Miranda to cancel and emailed her links to S & M Relo investigation tv interviews etc. Miranda agreed to refunding us our deposit less 20% we agreed to pay for any work they had done. But no way were we going to hitch our wagon to that nightmare moving company. She said she would call me back just needed to work out how they would repay me. When she did not call back I called her. She then said she talked to Adam Green (dispatcher) and he said No Refund because of short notice in cancelling. Tough to cancel sooner when they do not disclose who will be actually handling your move. Also they never even told S&M Relo the move was cancelled. They called me evening of Nov 1 to tell me what time they were planning on coming Nov 2…shows how much respect All Mighty Relocation have for the companies they use. Also when I tried to call Andrew Garcia, his phone # was answered by a Andrew who then tried to tell me he was not Andrew Garcia, that guy was fired or something he said. No one in management or in charge will talk to you. Don’t be swindled or taken advantage of. You can find your own movers without a broker

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a brokerage company which means they contract out your move to another company which is something they won't tell you. They will do your initial estimate, take their deposit immediately, then they won't work with you or give any support. They told me that my move would be completed in one day which I verified multiple times and come moving day, the company that was actually moving us told us that it could take up to 7-10 days to deliver our belongings! When we called customer service, they told us there is nothing they can do. They also underestimated our move by $4,000. They underestimate your move on purpose to get you to sign their contract, pay the deposit, then come moving day, the price increases. Connor Ryan did my estimate, then when I called him about some concerns I had, he refused to talk to me. Customer service is horrible, they will not help you at all. Please don't sign a contract with this company, they are only in it for the money and do not care about their customers at all!

I called vanlines and was automatically… I called vanlines and was automatically directed to All Mighty Relocation, LLC (broker) who did not identify themselves when answering the phone. They quoted me $9800 to fully pack and move. The movers (Allied Moving Group LLC) came and said that they would not move my things unless I paid $17,500. They said the broker (AllMighty) grossly underestimated. Allmighty movers said they could not help and said they were protected in the agreement with me. I agreed for them to take half of my things for $9800 because I was in a vulnerable position. It has been 3 weeks, and they have not brought my things and do not answer the phone or return my calls. Allmighty movers blames their contracted movers and said that there is nothing they can do. Allmighty movers have shady policies and procedures. Do not use Vanlines, Allmighty Movers, Allied Moving Group, or BHS. One subcontracts with the other, which results in a lot of financial, emotional stress, and a lot of damaged furniture.

This is scam This is scam, confirmed. Do not read any review. Go to Florida division of corporations and search for All Mighty LLC. It shows the company was registered in 2021, in spite of the claim Colton (the sales person) made that he has been working there for 7 years. This is totally joke. I fount out this within 72hrs of booking, after I paid them deposit. Hopefully I can get 85% of my deposit back based on their cancellation policy. Still struggling with it and haven't gotten my money back yet. If you go to a legit moving company and search for their company history, e.g. Minimoves, the one I end up using, you can see they were registered in 1991. It is very hard to find real information in reviews, but government public records do not lie.

RIP OFF Not Good Well where do you start. This move cost 2x's the quote in the end. My belongings were.held for a month in storage, movers requested cash refused a receipt, lost or damaged over $8000 in belongings. Will not.except claim as I don't have receipts. And the moving company is now out of business. Does.the broker.stand up and except any blame? No but they are the ones.who hired.the.movers not me. Run!
