GBWhat a disaster What a disaster! The cumbersome and very time consuming process of measuring to a 1/16th" degree of accuracy, then inputting all the information, etc. was daunting. Having finally completed all steps, one then pays in full for the order. THEN you're told your order will incur AN ADDITIONAL $200 (!!!) shipping charge. At that point, they offered a refund, which was accepted. When asked to provide an invoice or similar document reflecting their cost of $200 over "normal" shipping charges, silence fell. Reply: this is exactly the same reply I received when I asked specifically about the amount you are charged for oversized shipments. What you've provided is an unverified set of verbiage without addressing the question being posed. In other words, you wasted a considerable amount of my time and failed to offer a cogent explanation about your exorbitant extra charges, tacked on at the very end. This was a truly lousy experience all around.

GBHad this bookmarked for a while now Had this bookmarked for a while now. Was concerned product wouldn’t live up to the advertising. So I watched the reviews and finally ordered. The product exceeded my expectations as did the shipping, etc. I made sure my measurements were accurate and FlexScreen did the rest. I will recommend this product whole heartedly. Thank you!

GBReceived defective product and no one cares Received defective product and no one cares to make it right. Their warranty process requires I pay $62 for shipping and handling, in essence the cost of the screen when I never even received an acceptable product. Cannot even get the courtesy of a reply. Tried to also report the issue on their Facebook feed and their response to that was to block me. Awful unethical company, no after the sale service. Edited: after putting me through the burden of having to report my experience on several platforms Flexscreen did replace the damaged screen.
