I really like the finished books but not the price or building program I really like the finished books, but I found the building process quite frustrating. It was taking me fifteen minutes each time to open my project (older projects open almost instantly). I would be working on something and suddenly everything would disappear and I would be back to another fifteen minute wait. t There were limits. I could not figure out if there was a way to put picture boxes or text boxes on an angle as was available with the old apple system. Your prices have gone a little nuts, especially the postage. The postage for two each of two different books ordered and delivered at the same time for $57 is unreasonable in my opinion. My Grandchildren loved the books.

Website not intuitive I found that the site was not intuitive...got the photo album done and am pleased with the result, but it was a lot of trial and error. As I am a visual learner, the chat box was not helpful and the YouTube video did not work. Please create a better instructional video.

Everything was fine…BUT…I see no reason… Everything was fine…BUT…I see no reason why, when purchasing 4 calendars, I must enter ALL information FOUR TIMES. Why can’t I just enter the credit card info ONE TIME and put in each address???!!
