USWebsite not intuitive I found that the site was not intuitive...got the photo album done and am pleased with the result, but it was a lot of trial and error. As I am a visual learner, the chat box was not helpful and the YouTube video did not work. Please create a better instructional video.

FIMy previous photo books (6 pieces about… My previous photo books (6 pieces about 100 pages each) have had much better guality in the pictures. When I compare the same pictures in the previous book, the pictures in the new book are not as sharp and somehow hazy. The book was a present to my grandson on his tenth birtday and I got it one week later than I was supposed to get It. I am seriously thinking of finding a new company. USGood App The process to create a book took some learning, but it was not that difficult, and the delivery was fast and quality excellent.
