The ear impressions are really comfortable The ear impressions are really comfortable and I can wear them for a long time. They really enhance the sound by blocking noise. I would like to have received more detailed instructions to insert the custom buds into my ears. I had to use trial and error to figure out the optimal way to insert them.

Superb Products and customer service.A++ I have been a regular customer of Adv products right from model 3 time (which is still a great.earphone btw) and when they were called advanced sound. I am truly a fan of their customer service. Although I am based in Australia but they have always responded with utmost sincerity - understanding every aspect and responding in a truely supporting way. Custom tips for Z1R Fantastic experience doing business with ADV. I ordered a set of custom tips for Sony IER-Z1R. ADV delivered a perfectly fitting set of tips in far less time than originally estimated, and was also able to deliver 3D scan files of my ear impressions for further use.

Had an issue with an order and they were prompt, courteous, and kind with replacing an incorrect shipment. I've purchased a few things from both Adv and their sister site, Eartune, without issue. Heard about the site from an audio reviewer website that had reviewed the Model 3 Wireless headphones (which were the first thing I bought from ADV). Since then I've purchased a wireless bluetooth receiver, a USB C to 3.5mm headphone adapter, as well as some eartip replacements! Overall a great site to buy some underrated products!
