AUSuperb Products and customer service.A++ I have been a regular customer of Adv products right from model 3 time (which is still a great.earphone btw) and when they were called advanced sound. I am truly a fan of their customer service. Although I am based in Australia but they have always responded with utmost sincerity - understanding every aspect and responding in a truely supporting way. GBDon't work as well as the ones that come with the Airpod Pro 2 I ordered the medium ones, which is what I use for other products. The product claims to improve noise cancellation by making a superior seal with your eye. In my tests, they made less of a seal than what comes with the air pod pro 2. Very disappointed.

GBMissing Package Made Right I had an issue where my package was marked delivered by USPS but it wasn’t in my mailbox. I emailed support and was contacted right away that a second package would be sent to me and confirmed my address. I got the new package a few days later (along with the original one as well— thanks USPS). I was so impressed by how prompt and helpful they were in making things right even though it was obvious the mistake wasn’t on their end!

DKFine service - super product Fine service, but would prefer more shipping options. I bought the Model Y and they are nothing short of excellent. Solid build quality, phenomenal sound and stable connectivity. Everything you could ask for even at twice the price. 👍🏼🤩

GBThe ear impressions are really comfortable The ear impressions are really comfortable and I can wear them for a long time. They really enhance the sound by blocking noise. I would like to have received more detailed instructions to insert the custom buds into my ears. I had to use trial and error to figure out the optimal way to insert them.
