I would like to have received more detailed instructions to insert the custom buds into my ears. I had to use trial and error to figure out the optimal way to insert them.

The left ear piece fell out due to error, but they didn't hesitate to provide me with a replacement in hope that it was a faulty pair. The sound is extremely good for the price.
