Solved the recessed mids problems with some songs, especially male vocals. Hearing more elusive details too. The only thing making me hesitate to give a 5 stars rating is shipping is so so and expensive.

The ear impressions are really comfortable The ear impressions are really comfortable and I can wear them for a long time. They really enhance the sound by blocking noise. I would like to have received more detailed instructions to insert the custom buds into my ears. I had to use trial and error to figure out the optimal way to insert them.

Don't stay in any better than the rest Similar to the other memory foam earpieces, these squeeze and then expand into your ear canals and feel good at first. But gradually this pressure squeezes them out of your ears. This is the 5th after-market vendor I have tried and I am now officially giving up.

Model 3 Mobile As always, an excellent and high-quality product. The Model 3 mobile earbuds are something I’ve been wanting for quite some time and they have not disappointed. Excellent sound quality. Advanced is a gem shining in the mountain of other products out there. I look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Missing Package Made Right I had an issue where my package was marked delivered by USPS but it wasn’t in my mailbox. I emailed support and was contacted right away that a second package would be sent to me and confirmed my address. I got the new package a few days later (along with the original one as well— thanks USPS). I was so impressed by how prompt and helpful they were in making things right even though it was obvious the mistake wasn’t on their end!
