I would like to have received more detailed instructions to insert the custom buds into my ears. I had to use trial and error to figure out the optimal way to insert them.

Their foam airpod pro eartips are far and away the highest quality I’ve purchased and used. They fit flawlessly in the case, drastically improve the noise cancellation, and are easier to install than the silicone eartips provided by apple.

Don't work as well as the ones that come with the Airpod Pro 2 I ordered the medium ones, which is what I use for other products. The product claims to improve noise cancellation by making a superior seal with your eye. In my tests, they made less of a seal than what comes with the air pod pro 2. Very disappointed.
