Outstanding Customer Support! I had purchased a thermal rifle scope, which, after receiving and having immediate problems with, I contacted the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer admitted that the firmware for this scope had "issues" with the thermal program. Disgusted with the fact that this manufacturer would ship me a defective product, I contacted Outdoors Bay to initiate a return. Alex at Outdoors Bay was extremely helpful with the process of returning the scope. I am now waiting to see if the manufacturer is going to refund all my money, including the shipping charges. Since I had lost over a week in trying to get a thermal scope for an upcoming trip, I place another order for a different scope from a different manufacturer. Alex was, again, very helpful in getting that scope built and shipped in time for my trip. I highly recommend Outdoors Bay for all your sporting needs.

Stable and precise stabilizer! love this Gimbal with only concern is litle heavy, but still 5 Star.There's a lot to learn and hopefully my 5 stars will hold up over time.

After making a decision the order was promptly placed with the manufacturer and received within the timeframe expected.
