This company will go extra mile to help you!! This company is totally legit. I ordered a brand new model high power S&B scope. It wasn't available immediately in the US so I was a little bit frustrated to see that I have to pay high dollar upfront. However, throughout the waiting period of 2 months, Outdoorsbay has kept me in the loop with updates and assurance of the shipment straight from S&B. After I received the scope, I discovered a minor defect, contacted Outdoorsbay and S&B as well. S&B has never responded but Outdoorsbay was on top of it and ensure that I received the exchange asap.
