Took a couple tries, but it worked. Good customer service Initially I was disappointed as I got a super pixelated photo which was not accepted for my visa application. However, Visafoto supplied me with new versions of my photo two times in addition to the initial photo that got rejected, and the third photo got accepted. The customer service was very fast in answering my emails and supplying new photos.

Extremely fast and also great customer… Extremely fast and also great customer service. One of the pictures had a shadow, and we realised that later, so we took another one and ask them to do the same thing for the new one. It was done in less than 10 mins and sent back to us via email. Have used this service already atleast 10 times for all my family members.

Really great customer service. I uploaded three separate photos I processed through Visafoto to the Chinese visa online application. The first two went fine. The third one was rejected. My fault: not great photo and the my son's bangs were too far down on his forehead. So I contacted Visaphoto and within two minutes they responded with what went wrong and said send another one and will will get it fixed for free. I sent another photo and they responded in four minutes. And they verified it was accepted on the website. Wow! I selected to use Visafoto from similar reviews of such quick resolution of issues. It is true and they are authentic and really great! Oh, and both Paul and Tatiana helped me. Serious, where can you get such great customer support? They are the BEST!

Mionrs should keep a neutral facial experssion too for a Dv application! They said, without providing any evidence, "In the photo, minors under the age of six are not required to keep a natural facial expression for a DV application!" but not true! The official website (photo examples web page) of the USA says, "Photo tip: The child's facial expression must be neutral." in the children section under one of the photo examples. Maybe you should stop confusing applicants!

Fantastic and prompt. Super legit. I spend hours on fixing the photo that was given to me by the photographer (being a techie myself) but no lock kept getting the error "Brightness: your photo may be too bright or too dark". The default file downloaded had the same error, called the phone number - got automated response (thought have been scammed), emailed the support email and voila within minutes Paul responded and provided a revised version. It worked in the first attempt. Highly recommend them.
