GBI have been trying to contact ultimea… I have been trying to contact ultimea customer service for 2 days and can't get any response from them. I paid for an order on the 7th of March 2024 as of today's date I haven't received any notification from them regarding if it's been shipped. And when I contact them all they do is return my emails without actually answering the questions I've asked. Customer service is very poor especially when they take your money for a product I am seriously unhappy and starting to feel I've been scammed

ROKeep away Keep away, as their customer care is awful. I pre-ordered a soundbar and after 2 months they're saying that i'll have to wait at least one more month, because they dispatched all the soundbars in inventory already. And that's after i've asked them if they have any updates. I, for sure, won't recommend them anymore.

BEUltimea - good brand for speakers and more! I’ve know Bomaker brand already for a while and now their spin-off brand Ultimea doesn’t disappoint… All their audio soundbars are premium looking with a nice sound quality and amazing prices. Also their TWS earbuds are very high quality such as the amazing trusty Bomaker Sifi. Last week won a contest on their social media and they promptly shipped their Tapio I desktop soundbar, which has a very nice balanced sound, with the minor caveat of having very faint hiss if you listen on very low volume otherwise surprising sound and bass performance for the size!
