DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a Poseidon D50 SoundBar from this website and have heard nothing! I tried to cancel the order and continue to be told they will check the “status” what does that even mean? The customer service from this company is terrible, fake company! Please please please do not buy from them!!

I have been trying to contact ultimea… I have been trying to contact ultimea customer service for 2 days and can't get any response from them. I paid for an order on the 7th of March 2024 as of today's date I haven't received any notification from them regarding if it's been shipped. And when I contact them all they do is return my emails without actually answering the questions I've asked. Customer service is very poor especially when they take your money for a product I am seriously unhappy and starting to feel I've been scammed

High Level of Customer Service On seeing recent star rating experience I was somewhat surprised and disappointing to read this company had not come up to the mark for some of its customers. Personally on my experience with Ultimea I must thank them for their professionalism, patience, and having a “people-first” attitude to customers which they have shown towards the issues raised with a soundbar system recently purchased. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and its products and to mention I have had one of the best customer experience which exceeded all expectations. Thank You Ultimea for the quality of service and goods.

Purchased a pasidon d50 sound bar via… Purchased a pasidon d50 sound bar via Amazon. It kept switch off and wouldn't come back on. I messaged customer service and received email telling me to reset to factory. I did that but it kept shutting off. Had to reset every day. Messaged them with the video they asked for numerous times. They still haven't returned my messages. Not acceptable, contacted Amazon for a return.
