High Level of Customer Service On seeing recent star rating experience I was somewhat surprised and disappointing to read this company had not come up to the mark for some of its customers. Personally on my experience with Ultimea I must thank them for their professionalism, patience, and having a “people-first” attitude to customers which they have shown towards the issues raised with a soundbar system recently purchased. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and its products and to mention I have had one of the best customer experience which exceeded all expectations. I have been trying to contact ultimea… I have been trying to contact ultimea customer service for 2 days and can't get any response from them. I paid for an order on the 7th of March 2024 as of today's date I haven't received any notification from them regarding if it's been shipped. And when I contact them all they do is return my emails without actually answering the questions I've asked. Customer service is very poor especially when they take your money for a product I am seriously unhappy and starting to feel I've been scammed
