GBPurchased a pasidon d50 sound bar via… Purchased a pasidon d50 sound bar via Amazon. It kept switch off and wouldn't come back on. I messaged customer service and received email telling me to reset to factory. I did that but it kept shutting off. Had to reset every day. Messaged them with the video they asked for numerous times. They still haven't returned my messages. Not acceptable, contacted Amazon for a return.

ATIch bin sehr zufrieden Das Update war erfolgreich. Der Kundenservice ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. The update file that can be downloaded for the Nova S50 is faulty. The update will not start.

GBI have been trying to contact ultimea… I have been trying to contact ultimea customer service for 2 days and can't get any response from them. I paid for an order on the 7th of March 2024 as of today's date I haven't received any notification from them regarding if it's been shipped. And when I contact them all they do is return my emails without actually answering the questions I've asked. Customer service is very poor especially when they take your money for a product I am seriously unhappy and starting to feel I've been scammed
