I purchased a set of Comply Foam ear tips less then a month ago and they do not keep my earbuds in correctly. They advertise on their website that they have a 100% money back guarantee that these will fit correctly. I have sent this company about 8 emails since I received them because they do not fit. I have not heard a single word from anyone. I even contacted them on Twitter (X) and they could care less. I would have given them a 0 if I could. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!
