My jaybirds got destroyed in the time I ordered replacement tips for them, so i decided to buy the airpods pro. They gave me a store credit to get the air pods pro tips at their cost, Im very pleased with there customer service - thats how you treat people! 10 out 5 Stars! :)

I purchased a set of Comply Foam ear tips less then a month ago and they do not keep my earbuds in correctly. They advertise on their website that they have a 100% money back guarantee that these will fit correctly. I have sent this company about 8 emails since I received them because they do not fit. I have not heard a single word from anyone. I even contacted them on Twitter (X) and they could care less. I would have given them a 0 if I could. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! COMPLY FOAM LEADERS - WHY ARE YOU COMPLETELY IGNORING A CUSTOMERS CALLS, EMAILS ON YOUR SITE AND VIA REGULAR EMAIL, AND POSTS ON TWITTER FOR HELP???

If you're an international customer, don't buy here Had to pay $21 in shipping to get it to the Netherlands, then I get a notification I have to pay an aditional $10 for import tax. This wasn't made clear anywhere on the website, only after you start digging and find it somewhere in the FAQ where new customers that just want to buy something aren't going to look. Now I payed $56 for some ear tips that are $25. If you're an international customer DON'T BUY, unless you want to pay wayy too much for some ear tips.

Ordered the comply foam tips for my… Ordered the comply foam tips for my razer hammerhead true wireless pro earbuds. The foam tips came in 3 days in a timely matter and were well packaged. The foam tips are awesome and with it being foam they conform to my ear giving me a perfect fit and they never fall out. Would buy from them in the future.

Solved Problem of No Bass Tones Thank you, Comply! Now I can hear bass tones from my Sennheiser earphones without holding them pressed hard into my ears. Yay! Only complaint is the shipping was slow. You asked for my review even before they arrived. Otherwise, excellent product.
