Buying and Selling with Ease I have both bought and sold multiple items on Gear Focus and nearly all transactions were trouble free. Prior to joining Gear Focus I asked several questions about how it all works and all were answered. The one and only time I needed to contact support re a transaction the response time was acceptable and it was dealt with professionally.

Nonexistent Customer Service, literally I wish I could give them a zero star. Their customer service is non existent. The whole website is probably run by one person who almost never answers phone calls regardless of when you call them. You can't submit help requests online because of a website glitch. If things go wrong, you're on your own. I had to file a change back claim through my bank because there was no way to reach them. Avoid at all costs.
