Quality products and customer support I have had the Redragon K530 PRO for almost two years now with no problems until yesterday I started having the space-bar registering double clicks so i contact the support team which have offered a replacement with minimal charges (shipping and tax fees).

Redragon has good products Redragon has good products, great prices, and excellent customer service. I recently purchased a Bhrama keyboard and a mouse. I really like the look and feel of the keyboard. My only real issue is that the magnets on the palm rest are not strong enough to pick the unit up as a whole. They continually separate when you lift it to put on my lap. A stronger magnet is definitely needed to improve the overall efficiency of the unit. It also would be nice to plug the mouse into the keyboard instead of taking up a slot on the computer. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase thus far.

Excellent Customer Service The customer service provided by Erin was outstanding. I encountered an issue with my initial order, and after some troubleshooting, they quickly dispatched a replacement. The build and quality of the M811 Pro are remarkable, especially considering the price. I highly recommend it. This initial trial is for a mouse that has been discontinued, and I plan to recommend this mouse to my work colleagues.

Top notch keyboard and support My keyboard came with what appeared to be a stuck rbg light(pink), after 3 or 4 emails with support we got the issue sorted out, Fantastic support and the keyboard rocks as well. Redragon K621 Horus TKL Wireless RGB Mechanical Keyboard (in white) lovely keyboard, just wish it was British layout I normally never buy keyboards with the small enter key but made an exemption for this one. Got some damaged stabilizer and stained… Got some damaged stabilizer and stained keycaps that won’t come off by wiping it out. I believe they provided excellent customer service, just report it as soon as possible, they sent me another set of keycaps, I’m pretty satisfied with how how they handled it!
