GBDeal or steal? Bought a 6-month-old MacBook with minor cosmetic imperfections for 400 below the original price. The laptop was just as described and pictured on eBay, and was shipped way faster than expected...through a pandemic! No original packaging, but the condition was like new. 3 months in, I'm highly content that I purchased through QualityMacs. PS - they also give you the exact health status of the laptops battery!

GBGreat price, Great service. Great price, free shipping and exactly what I ordered in the pristine condition described. Packaging was excellent and delivery was ahead of schedule. Will continue shopping with Quality Macs as I have for the last 6 years.

GBLove it here! We love this place and wouldn’t buy a computer anywhere else (have purchased 3 over the years)! Enzo was friendly and so very knowledgeable; helped us pick a laptop that is perfect for me and listened to my questions very patiently! It’s SO much more affordable here than purchasing a new laptop and it works perfectly! I recommend them without reservation!

GBGreat used Mac Great used Mac! Better features than the competitors for similar price. Received only a few days after order in quality packaging, no damage. The computer has been working perfectly, no issues. Would recommend this vendor.

GBLack of quality control and shoddy refurbished Mac products I do not recommend purchasing Mac products from this reseller. I purchase a MacBook Pro 2019 six months ago and already had to deal with three major software and hardware issues. When the laptop was delivered, it would not turn on because Quality Macs forgot to properly reboot and reconfigure the computer. As a result, I had to spend several hours on the phone with Quality Macs figuring out how to do the reboot which they were supposed to have completed on my behalf. Then, when I sought to update the iOS software on the laptop, I got locked out because the computer belonged to a company which installed access security locks, and which came back after the software install was complete. Once again, I had to spend several hours with Quality Macs figuring out how to disable the security lock. Finally, several months ago, my laptop started draining battery like crazy, and would die after one hour of use; in addition, it would randomly turn off, deleting all of the work which I had not saved. When I contacted Quality Macs once more, the representative who I spoke with made a host of excuses as to why it was not their fault, but the fault of the new software, and that how it was not their problem. Today, I hooked my laptop up and attempted to turn it on, only to discover that it was completely dead. I will have to lose priceless time and money going to a repair shop in my area who will hopefully be able to fix the junk which I had purchased from “Quality” Macs. Each time that I spoke with Quality Macs I had the impression that they belittled my concerns, refused to take accountability for their f$$k ups, and acted like I was bothering them rather than proactively trying to help. I don’t think they’ve changed their computer reseller providers, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this issue continues to persist.
