CAI don't know what is going on I don't know what is going on. My calls to Ghana all past week have been disaster. They cut of within 5 minutes of talk for no apparent reason. The service has been great before then. Can you check your systems? Didn't give one star as I trust you will quickly look into the matter and correct the terribly disrupted communication

GBI use this site a lot I use this site a lot, and have been for long time, always have quality service. At times when I needed to contact customer service, they always replied back in timely manner to inform me by email. Recently, MTN Ghana service provider system was down, and unable to complete airtime purchases for about 7 days, they emailed me an Easter Discount Offer, that was valid until 4/20/19, but since I could not purchase airtime with discount, they sent me another discount for more, with code.
