GBI can only say I can only say. I have never had a problem, service is good and the software they use is very good. I can’t say how good customer service might be because I never had to use them. But I can say say before using this site I had many problems with others.

GBI use this site a lot I use this site a lot, and have been for long time, always have quality service. At times when I needed to contact customer service, they always replied back in timely manner to inform me by email. Recently, MTN Ghana service provider system was down, and unable to complete airtime purchases for about 7 days, they emailed me an Easter Discount Offer, that was valid until 4/20/19, but since I could not purchase airtime with discount, they sent me another discount for more, with code.
