At times when I needed to contact customer service, they always replied back in timely manner to inform me by email. Recently, MTN Ghana service provider system was down, and unable to complete airtime purchases for about 7 days, they emailed me an Easter Discount Offer, that was valid until 4/20/19, but since I could not purchase airtime with discount, they sent me another discount for more, with code.
