Great support I had an issue with the installation of Office 2021, contacted support on the Saturday and they responded and had it all fixed on the Sunday. Would be very happy to buy from them again, and will be telling other people to use them.

Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Bought both Windows 11 Standard and Office Suite from them. Ran into an issue with the office download link not working right away; but tech support answered my email, and was able to fix the problem right away. Definitely will use again!!

Possibly the *BEST* Cusomer Support Team Ever! Experienced a recurring problem when I tried to place my order. I emailed support and was swamped with what has to be one of the top 5 most satisfying Customer Service experiences I have ever had. The support team were patient, helpful and ultimately had to carry out some maintemance of their website in order to allow me to complete my order.
