A new experience helped by great support I had issues with the original licence key supplied but this was resolved quickly with the supply of an another. The Support Team (aka Mark in my case) responded quickly to my first email, even allowing for the UK/US time difference and ‘owned’ the issue through to resolution. Thank you! You send me the valid one three days later after I made negative review on Trustpilot and demanded my money back if I do not get it by 4.3.2024.
