Won't accept Registration Number I was able to get technical support to activate the program after being unable to get it to accept my registration number. Where it says enter your NAME, what it really wants is your email address. It would be nice if they would say that. Next problem to tackle is to get it to accept my email to add to the account. Waiting for a response on that issue now....

Renewed for another year Renewed for another year because the program works! Capture all emails, even from two different mailboxes. Converts the email to pdf for archival history and saves attachments at the same time. I Like It!

Hectic renewal process We really suffer for renewing every year. We don't know what is wrong with the payment gateway but this thngvs happening very year for the past years. Also the price tag is high for what the system is weather first time purchase or renewal.
