Great communication from them from the time I placed my order all the way through delivery confirmation. The items were well-packed...not like other places that throw a small package in a larger box with no padding. More online retailers should be like GamerTech!

Happy customer received in 6 days On Saturday march 2nd I had my wife order me some Lian li cables that I had put in the cart.The night of Thursday march 7th I had asked her for a tracking number. Her and I went through are e-mails for conformation and could not find anything. So I emailed them that night telling them my bank had been charged on the 3rd ( the transaction details through my bank said something about a return $1500 return which turned out to be a mistake on my banks end which I found out later but had me worried that night) and when I signed into the website I could not see my order ( I believe this was a bug on their website and still don’t know what that was about but also had me worried that night). So I did a bunch of research for a second time about this website and went to bed nervous. This is also the last piece to my pc build mind you so I’m feeling really disappointed. Anyways I woke up the next morning on the 8th and they had already responded with an e-mail. After some back-and-forth for a few minutes with INSTANT RESPONSES from the company we found out that the conformation was sent in a text message to my phone that Saturday night right after I had purchased them. So anyways yes I had it the whole time and when I returned home before noon on that SAME day, My package was in the mailbox. Only took 6 days and made one happy customer!

I would like to add I was slightly hesitant at first to purchase from an Unknown site, but I’m so glad I found this site.
