Gamertech has outstanding customer service I just bought a 4090 gaming OC from Gamertech, super fast shipping my GPU arrived earlier than expected! They E-mailed me thanking me for my purchase and opened a line of communication if I had any questions or comments to reach out to them, so I asked if they’ll be selling the new uni fan sl120 V2 and I got a response back same day!! I won’t tell you what they said cuz I want to be the one of the first to purchase the fans from Gamertech😉

Super Inconvenient I ordered two 140mm reverse blade fans and was sent two 140mm regular fans. I just returned the first order without even opening the box and still haven’t received a refund on it but I was charged for shipping, I don’t know why I made a second order. These fans are the only thing I have left on my pc build and it has been pushed back. Order if you have time to wait for inconvenience even though you’re charged for priority mail.

Hard to find products - reliably After searching high and low for the Lian Li Infinity Reverse fans I finally stumbled across Gamertech. I needed them in a pinch in order to avoid needing to re-build the system down the line with the proper fans. They shipped quick, were responsive to questions, and we’re even willing to work with me to expedite shipping. The one thing I regret is not ordering more components from them. Cheers!

Happy customer received in 6 days On Saturday march 2nd I had my wife order me some Lian li cables that I had put in the cart.The night of Thursday march 7th I had asked her for a tracking number. Her and I went through are e-mails for conformation and could not find anything. So I emailed them that night telling them my bank had been charged on the 3rd ( the transaction details through my bank said something about a return $1500 return which turned out to be a mistake on my banks end which I found out later but had me worried that night) and when I signed into the website I could not see my order ( I believe this was a bug on their website and still don’t know what that was about but also had me worried that night). So I did a bunch of research for a second time about this website and went to bed nervous. This is also the last piece to my pc build mind you so I’m feeling really disappointed. Anyways I woke up the next morning on the 8th and they had already responded with an e-mail. After some back-and-forth for a few minutes with INSTANT RESPONSES from the company we found out that the conformation was sent in a text message to my phone that Saturday night right after I had purchased them. So anyways yes I had it the whole time and when I returned home before noon on that SAME day, My package was in the mailbox. Only took 6 days and made one happy customer!
