GBUseless support services Absolutely useless and no human response from billing or customer support. Charged an extortionate fee of £119.00 for a years subscription after the previous years was only £20.00. Small print says a notification email should be sent out prior to charge which did not happen. Asked the "support" services for clarification on the refund, which is clearly being handled by a bot and gives no help whatsoever.

ISI have already written 2 reviews of… I have already written 2 reviews of this terrible company. Now they have sent me a renewal email despite requesting my email be removed from their site. They are still using my email to send crap to me asking me to renew my subscription. If this was the last company on Earth I would never consider paying them for anything. They are dishonest. You cannot contact them at all as there is no contact details on their website. This is a disgustingly dishonest business. Don't subscribe to them EVER.

GBSimplicity It was simpler than my other vendor on my other devices. I have Total AV installed on my iPad and iPhone with no problems so I am installing it on my laptop and desktop.

GBI am a total I T dinosaur I am a total I T dinosaur when it comes to computers but total AV has been the easiest to manage that I have come across even though I don't understand how to use it fully.

GBI have used Total AV for l longtime I have used Total AV for l longtime. Recently an automatic update caused many problems and I have had to re-install Total Av plus several other programs. The first job was to check security after the disaster.
