They are still using my email to send crap to me asking me to renew my subscription. If this was the last company on Earth I would never consider paying them for anything. They are dishonest. You cannot contact them at all as there is no contact details on their website. This is a disgustingly dishonest business. Don't subscribe to them EVER.

Simplicity It was simpler than my other vendor on my other devices. I have Total AV installed on my iPad and iPhone with no problems so I am installing it on my laptop and desktop.

Protection with TotalAV is great! I always feel my computer and mobile devices are protected. The only thing I don't know how to use is the AdBlock for my mobile device, as the ads keep popping up when I'm playing app games. How do I prevent that. It's constantly interrupting my game playing. Useless support services Absolutely useless and no human response from billing or customer support. Charged an extortionate fee of £119.00 for a years subscription after the previous years was only £20.00. Small print says a notification email should be sent out prior to charge which did not happen. Asked the "support" services for clarification on the refund, which is clearly being handled by a bot and gives no help whatsoever.
