Useless support services Absolutely useless and no human response from billing or customer support. Charged an extortionate fee of £119.00 for a years subscription after the previous years was only £20.00. Small print says a notification email should be sent out prior to charge which did not happen. Asked the "support" services for clarification on the refund, which is clearly being handled by a bot and gives no help whatsoever.

Total AV is a superior product. I have had a lapse in my own memory of the credentials of how long I have used Total AV. Due to the lapse of memory I wrote a scathing review. I retract that now and say further that since 2021 Total AV has provided and still provides superior service in protecting my PCs at home. You probably can't do better protecting you PC with anything else. I appreciate the ease of setup, daily use and finding out how many times my privacy, security and files have been protected by TotalAV.
