Negligent handling The process of requesting and receiving the quote and then arranging for shipping was quick and easy. However, when the equipment was picked up the driver REPEATEDLY DROPPED each printer before getting them loaded onto the truck. We chose Schock because they were a preferred shipping provider for our equipment leasing company. But, the negligent handling of the equipment caused additional work and documentation for our team. I would not use or recommend Schock Logistics in the future.

I changed my mind several times about… I changed my mind several times about where and when to schedule the pick up and delivery of 2 copy machines. Amable O'Neal was extremely patient with my changes and sent me multiple quotes with complete professionalism. Job was done perfectly. Thank you!!
