GBTerrific Office Add-in that I highly recommend While the cost of the Office Timeline is weighty, I find that I use it all the time. It is a really handy add-in to use with Powerpoint and I hope they come up with a Mac version. It is a terrific add-in and works just as advertised. It comes with some terrific pre-formatted timelines, however, I noticed that the online version has different ones that I wish you could access without having to pay for another subscription. If anything since both require separate subscriptions at leat give them both access to the same default timelines.

GBGreat communication tool, small glitches For weekly presentation updates, this tool allows me to do 5min edits and have it done. My whole team of project managers adopt it since its easy to replicate and the impact is great. Small glitches to work on improving: If you make an edit (lets say, color of a bar) outside of the Edit Timeline function, the tool will override the change and will return it to its previous version. Better integration with MS PPT can be achieved.

GBStorytelling at your fingertips This product makes summarizing project timelines and milestones a breeze. It’s customization is completely unique and allows you to really tell a story to both members of a project team as well as C Suite execs or stakeholders. I love it so much I bought it with my own money and use it every single day.

CAEasy to use, maximum clarity I like how easy this tool is. It symplifies my presentation and make me gain a lot of time, now when my schedule changes, i just need to refresh my presentation, so instead of loosing 45min reajust everything, I can do others stuffs.

NLI have to activate the license key… I have to activate the license key every time that i start Powerpoint.
