GBTransactions don't alwsys go through… Transactions don't alwsys go through and it's very frustrating you don't offer a contact phone number. My first transaction didn't go through because I used wrong carrier. 2nd correct transaction didn't go through because 1st transaction didn't. I cannot call you to explain because no number to call, and you will not call me. You used to have a number before. So how does one resolve such issues? Your customer service sucks for this reason!

GBSeamless conversation...! Whenever I call using your service, the voice at the other end is very clear compared to other services I have use. My family say my voice is very clear too. It truly give me joy that I can have a seamless conversation with my family at home. Thank you so much.

IEI use their service now more than a… I use their service now more than a year. So far i had a great experience with them . Only once i had a problem when i did not get my order i paid for. I contacted their customer service and my problem was solved within few seconds. So i highly recommend their service .Thank you guys for the excellent service.
