Transactions don't alwsys go through… Transactions don't alwsys go through and it's very frustrating you don't offer a contact phone number. My first transaction didn't go through because I used wrong carrier. 2nd correct transaction didn't go through because 1st transaction didn't. I cannot call you to explain because no number to call, and you will not call me. You used to have a number before. So how does one resolve such issues? Your customer service sucks for this reason!

Charges On Calls Having used you services for many years, I will say that they were great. I have rated your service four star performance because I would like you to review your timing software.. I noticed I was charged for calls that did not go through several times and the rounding up time to the minute is also not fair. I would suggest timing be rounded up to the next quatter of a minute as against the current minute.

Change in product prices Hi, it's very uncustomer like, when changes are made without giving out notifications to services been provided, when changes are been made to the prices of call cards and number of minutes for each one, atleast you should have sent out a notification, instead of getting everyone confused.
