GBI don’t like the fact that sometimes… I don’t like the fact that sometimes you substitute my number with the destination country local number, thereby hiding my number. It makes it difficult for the other person to call back in case of a missed call. Other than this, your service is excellent.

GBTransactions don't alwsys go through… Transactions don't alwsys go through and it's very frustrating you don't offer a contact phone number. My first transaction didn't go through because I used wrong carrier. 2nd correct transaction didn't go through because 1st transaction didn't. I cannot call you to explain because no number to call, and you will not call me. You used to have a number before. So how does one resolve such issues? Your customer service sucks for this reason!
