I was unaware that the Yealink Phones… I was unaware that the Yealink Phones did not come with a power supply so we had to order separately. I also did not read the full detail that states power supply is "optional" so the company is not fully at fault. It would have been nice however if those information were mentioned by the sales person while making the order.

I ordered a batch of NUCs from Reef… I ordered a batch of NUCs from Reef (first time ordering from them). The order came promptly, but didn't have the right amount RAM installed. Reef responded to my customer service request immediately, and got things sorted. I'm very happy with the service, and will buy from Reef again.

Quick response time, awesome service The refurbished desk phones I purchased were in great condition, packaged securely with easy identification on the outside of the box. When I had an issue with one of the items, The problem was resolved immediately.

Never a bad experience I've always had a great experience Triton Datacom. Pricing is transparent, the products are exactly as described, and customer service is beyond helpful! I've had two orders have minor issues and both were handled quickly, professionally, and with total focus on customer satisfaction. If you need telecom, server, or network hardware that may be a bit harder to find elsewhere, need it quickly, or are looking for a lower price while still being above board this is the place to go.
