Not everything came in the box that was… Not everything came in the box that was needed to use the headset. I am very disappointed. I’m having to wait an extra week to get the earpiece for the headset. I’m not very happy at all.

Quick response time, awesome service The refurbished desk phones I purchased were in great condition, packaged securely with easy identification on the outside of the box. When I had an issue with one of the items, The problem was resolved immediately.
