Spa525g and Spa500ds well I am happy and pleased with the phone and side car for the phone I bought. However even if the phone is great the manual that comes with the phone and side car sucks as it does not have any info on how to program either one and there is no complete info on how to add numbers into the side car or phone I am finding info but none of it is complete enough to make it work as it should

I was unaware that the Yealink Phones… I was unaware that the Yealink Phones did not come with a power supply so we had to order separately. I also did not read the full detail that states power supply is "optional" so the company is not fully at fault. It would have been nice however if those information were mentioned by the sales person while making the order.
